As every year h/p/cosmos exhibited on ArabHealth exhibition in Dubai UAE from January 25-28, 2010. ArabHealth became one of the most important exhibitions for h/p/cosmos due to international visitors from many countries, such as UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iran, India, Egypt and many other countries from Asia, the Middle East and North African region.

h/p/cosmos exhibited the locomotion treadmill system with the h/p/cosmos airwalk se for neurological rehabilitation and locomotion therapy. Furthermore the h/p/cosmos quasar med with safety arch, performance diagnostics and motion analysis package and software was presented to many customers.

Despite the worldwide financial crisis the response on the exhibition was excellent. Controversy to MEDICA exhibition in Germany, where mainly distributors are looking for new products to source, the ArabHealth exhibition is visited by many end-users, such as physiotherapists, neurological doctors and many experts from the medical and health industry.
