The FIBO 2009 trade show has once again proved that it is the leading meeting place for fitness- and wellness industry. A nine percent increase in exhibitor numbers, a growth of three percent in visitor numbers characterized the course of the leading international trade show. Altogether the organizers registered a new exhibitor record and good growth rates in visitor numbers with 48,800 visitors.

On the h/p/cosmos both in hall 3 once again the durable and innovative running machines for fitness and rehabilitation were shown. Among to fitness, rehabilitation and Locomotion therapy also was performance diagnostics and over speed training with the safety arch demonstrated. Lots of visitors took the opportunity to talk to us and practically experienced h/p/cosmos products.

“FIBO as the most important international indicator provided significant impulses for the future,“ Hans-Joachim Erbel, Managing Director of Reed Exhibitions Deutschland GmbH, sums up the four days of the trade show. h/p/cosmos recognized that health awareness of people increase furthermore and health and medicine comes more and more important also in fitness-studios. These fitness studios, which expand in prevention, rehabilitation and senior fitness, will differ comparing to their competitors and achieve further growing. This is a positive process for h/p/cosmos, because we are for many years successful in this market and provide unique products especially for this target group.

Extensive expert advice and application tests free of charge on the h/p/cosmos booth were accepted very well. A large number of visitors use the possibility to talk from “operator” to “operator”.

The co-founder, President and CEO of h/p/cosmos, Franz Harrer, want to thank all visitors and customers in the name of whole h/p/cosmos team and all sales partner for visiting. After a circuit over the exhibition at the FIBO the good feeling and also the strong position as specialist for running machines approved: “We don’t want swapping with anyone!”
