All h/p/cosmos oversize running machines are equipped with an external control unit. It contains the entire electronics for controlling the device as well as the user terminal itself. Wheels optionally available.

Optionally, all models of the series h/p/cosmos saturn and h/p/cosmos venus can also be equipped with an additional user terminal on the handrail.

The interface panel, integrated on the left-hand side of the control unit, offers two RS232 interface ports as well as a connection for the external emergency-off button as a standard. This button is supplied for all oversize running machines with a cable of 5 m length.
